Coming off of Highway 41 North or South....take the Friant exit and head east toward the foothills.  When you come to the Friant and  Audubon Drive intersection, turn left on Audubon.  Continue on Audubon for a few hundred yards and turn right into the entrance to the park. When you enter the park alert the guard that you are there for  the Woodward Pop concert and you will not have to pay the park fee of $3.00.  Follow the road past the amphitheatre, past the Japanese Gardens to the Group Activity Area.  This area is easy to find as it is enclosed with a chain link fence.
